A WhatsApp link is a URL in the format wa.me/<phone number> that opens a chat with that number when tapped. You can add a pre-filled message with ?text=, so customers only have to press send.
How do I create a WhatsApp link with a pre-filled message?+

Do I need a WhatsApp Business account to use a wa.me link?+

How do I format the phone number?+
Use the full international number without the plus sign, brackets, dashes or leading zeros. For an Indian number 98765 43210, the link uses 919876543210. The generator does this for you when you pick a country code.
